Delete your account
Last updated 19 October 2026
You can delete your account yourself, whenever you like. It can’t be undone.
In the app
- Open the app and go to You.
- Choose Settings, then Account.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm it’s you by re-entering your password, or by re-confirming with Apple if you use Sign in with Apple.
This works the same way on iPhone and in the web app.
What gets deleted
- Your account and your profile
- Your entry in the public directory
- Your library, queue and lists
- Who you follow and who follows you
- Your activity
- Your notification devices and your notification inbox
If you use Sign in with Apple, we also revoke that connection, so the app no longer appears as one that can sign you in.
What may stay
Scores and posts you made inside clubs may remain in that club’s history, attributed to your member name. That’s the club’s shared record: a week’s average wouldn’t make sense with a score missing. If you’d like those removed too, email support@the-rotation.app and ask. We’ll remove them.
How long it takes
Your data is deleted within 30 days of you deleting the account, and backups roll off within 30 days.
If you can’t get into the app
Email support@the-rotation.app from the email address on the account and say you want it deleted. If you use Sign in with Apple and hid your email, include your username. We’ll delete the account within 30 days.
